The Best Hot Chocolate for Cheer and Warming Broken Hearts

Last week I experienced a personal tragedy for which I'd appreciate your prayers. But several weeks weeks before I'd planned to partner with Renia at The Development of Taste for her Savor the Holidays series.

I'd love to have you join me at The Development of Taste for tips on Savoring the Holidays and a hot chocolate recipe from yours truly that is good for both those who celebrate and those who mourn.

  1. Thank you so much, Renia. I love working with you. Adn yes, I'm certainly needing some time alone with pen and paper.

  2. Hi Joy .. just stopped by because we're on the same #fmfpartysnailmail list .. Thrilled that you're participated, but so sorry to hear of the recent sorrow in your life. I don't know if this would be applicable in your situation or helpful at all, but just in case, I'd love to share this e-book with you, called Letters to Grief:

If it doesn't apply, please ignore. :-) Looking forward to getting to know you better through #fmfpartysnailmail! May the Lord grant you sufficient grace during this difficult time ..

  3. Kate, yes I was so excited to see we're in the same group. It's been a little while since I've been able to participate in Five Minute Friday but I'm so thankful to you for hosting it.

Thank you for the recommendation. I actually already have the book on Kindle and know it will be so helpful to me this year. Thanks for compiling it.
